Urban Funk dance classes in Leeds

UDC Urban Funk class is a Hip Hop class incorporating the styles of Poppin' , Lockin', Breakin', commercial street to New Skool Hip Hop. 

Urban Funk dance class is a great way of learning a variety of Hip Hop dance styles in one class along with the dance element Urban Funk is a great way to get fit. A cardio vascular work out which burns fat, increases muscle tone and strength. It is certainly a fun and motivating way to get into shape and learn the latest in Hip hop dance.

Teachers:

Emma Hyndman is our regular teacher for the Urban Funk classes, Emma Trained at the Northern Contemporary dance school, following this she went on and trained at the Hip Hop dance conservatory in New York. Emma has gone on to have a successful career as a commercial dancer performing for Adidas, MTV awards and the Music artiste Pink.

What to Wear

Trainers on the feet and something you can move easily in, jogging bottoms and T shirts.

What to Bring

Bring a friend, not compulsory! A bottle of water.

Venue

Our classes are held at the Headingley Methodist Church (Opposite Arndale centre) Chapel Street Leeds LS6 3HZ.
